Our range and gunsmithing services require waivers for the use of services. All visitors to the range must adhere to DCF Guns range rules. Members of DCF Guns must follow the agreements outlined in their membership package.

Return Policy
Our goal is to make purchasing and returning products a smooth process. We realize that not everything you buy from us is exactly what you want. Most items are returnable within 30 days with proof of purchase. Please see the restrictions below when seeking to make a return, or feel free to contact our sales team at sales@dcfguns.com.
- To receive a full refund, the product must be in its original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Damaged packaging is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if canceled after the order is placed, except for in-store credit.

Classes & Training
We understand that schedules and circumstances can change, requiring you to cancel or reschedule an upcoming class. To cancel a class, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. To reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. You will forfeit your class tuition if you fail to meet either of these deadlines. Limited Lifetime Warranty
At DCF Guns, we want you to feel confident that your firearm will last for generations. Our commitment is so strong we now offer a Limited Lifetime Gun Warranty on eligible firearms.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
DCF Guns warrants to you that if any eligible* gun sold by DCF Guns ever becomes defective, DCF Guns will repair or replace the firearm at no charge, subject to the following conditions:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the firearm cannot be repaired and no replacement is available, we will offer you a similar item (to be determined solely by DCF Guns) at no charge. This warranty applies to new and select used guns (see exceptions below).
Out-of-Area Warranty Claims
The customer must pay any costs associated with sending the firearm to DCF Guns for repair or replacement. Insured shipping is recommended. If a firearm is repaired, it may be returned directly to the customer if sent from the customer's address. If a firearm is replaced, the customer must take delivery from a licensed FFL dealer — this may involve additional charges, such as transfer fees and background check fees, which DCF Guns is not responsible for.
DCF Guns will pay for the insured freight back to the customer or the customer's dealer if the firearm is defective. If the gun is not defective, the customer is liable for return freight to their residence or dealer.
What's Covered
This warranty covers the firearm as originally sold by DCF Guns. It does not extend to guns altered or rebuilt after their original purchase, or guns used other than for their legally intended purposes. It does not apply to scopes or accessories attached to the firearm when purchased. Accuracy is not included in this warranty unless a manufacturer makes a specific additional warranty. This warranty covers the firearm against manufacturer's defects only — it does not cover the replacement or refinishing of parts subject to normal wear throughout the firearm's lifespan.
If the warranty does not apply, we will offer a competitive repair bid for your approval before proceeding with any repairs.
DCF Guns' liability for breach of any warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing the nonperforming or defective goods (to be determined at our discretion). We shall not be liable for any other damages, direct, incidental, or consequential.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Exceptions*
Exceptions include surplus and military firearms (new or used), machine guns, and firearms used for commercial, rental, demonstration, or similar purposes. Work and repairs performed by anyone other than DCF Guns or the factory void this warranty. DCF Guns shall make the final determination for any exceptions to this warranty.
